1:1 Nutritional Therapy Session
Your health journey is unique, and so should be the support you receive. That's why I offer one-on-one sessions, where we can dive deep into your nutritional needs at your own pace. Just like meeting with a mental health therapist, these sessions are tailored to where you are right now, whether you're looking to make small changes or need guidance through bigger health challenges. Together, we'll create a personalized plan that feels right for you—no pressure, just progress.

More details about my 1:1 package!
Weekly Call Structure + Timing (customized for each client but here is a general outline)
Week 1 – One initial 60-90 minute one on one coaching call via Zoom where your practitioner reviews your health history, concerns, goals, and goes over any questions. Your practitioner will also share your Symptom Burden Report results with you and will discuss your personalized need for any support of digestion, blood sugar balance, fatty acid balance, mineral status, hydration, and more in addition to a customized nutrition plan.
Week 2 – One 30-60 minute one on one coaching call via Zoom where we meet to discuss / firm up your long term goals, and to discuss related action steps / daily nutrition, lifestyle, and mindset goals. You have 100% veto power over any action step, and we can modify / adjust action steps during this meeting as needed. We can move as quickly or as slowly as you’d like to as far as how challenging your action steps are. Your daily action steps may include nutrition, lifestyle, and / or mindset recommendations. I will check in with you via email the next day to answer any questions or concerns.
Weeks 3-6 – 20 minute one on one coaching calls where we touch base for accountability as well as to celebrate wins, discuss roadblocks or struggles, fine tune / customize / troubleshoot nutrition and lifestyle support, add or modify action steps, etc. In addition, I will check in with you 1x per week via email.
Week 7 and 8: We are just over halfway through the program and this will be our reevaluation period. You will fill out another nutritional assessment questionnaire and food + mood journal to see where you’re at and make any necessary adjustments.
Week 9-11: 20 minute one on one coaching calls where we touch base for accountability as well as to celebrate wins, discuss roadblocks or struggles, fine tune / customize / troubleshoot nutrition and lifestyle support, add or modify action steps, etc. In addition, I will check in with you 1x per week via email.
Week 12: 30 minute one on one coaching call to celebrate your wins and journey through the program as well as how you will transition out of the program and into maintaining the lifestyle you’ve worked hard to build over the last 3 months!

Discounted + Individualized Supplement Protocols
Customized supplement recommendations and protocols are included if necessary. I will always take a food first approach. As a client, you also receive access to discounted professional grade supplements. While I may recommend supplemental support, supplements are optional. If you feel uncomfortable taking supplements, or if you are already working with another practitioner on a supplement protocol, please let me know during our first meeting.
